Overview
The MAXON WIDE-RANGE® has been discontinued. You can find available spare parts and technical documentation here.The replacement products are the ThermJet or the Kromschröder BIO.MAXON's WIDE-RANGE® Industrial Burner burns most low-pressure gaseous fuels, including low-Btu waste gases and hydrogen. No other gas burner provides such a stable, reliable platform for combusting waste gases, digester gases, landfill gases, or refinery gases as the WIDE-RANGE®. Maximum application flexibility is provided with eight sizes and capacities up to 13,500,000 Btu/hr (3950 kW).Features & Benefits:
- Burns most low-pressure gaseous fuels, including low-Btu waste gases and hydrogen
- Flame retention at all firing rates with multi-stage stepped-tunnel refractory block design
- Faster bring-up times without temperature override with 40:1 turndown capability
- Maximum application flexibility provided with eight sizes and capacities up to 13,500,000 Btu/h
- On-ratio firing over a broad range of operating conditions
- Alternate refractory block materials for temperatures up to 3000°F gives maximum cost effectiveness
